Windows 10 IoT UWFMGR and APN setting

Hey fellas

 

Does anybody know how to exclude the APN setting (Registry or file path) so that when the UWF is enabled the user can still renew and delete the APN settings?

 

ive tried to exclude the following but didnt have any good result

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\WwanSvc

 

 

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\WwanSvc

 

if anyone knows of any good solution it would be an absolute beauty of a help
