Start menu layout for current user on windows 10 1607

Hi ,

 

I am trying to apply a start menu layout for already existing user of windows 1607 LTSB in a production.

 

The device is already logged on with account aaa ( domain account) and has got its own start layout.

 

Now we have some changes in start layout & we need to modify the start layout ( for aaa).

 

I tired below methods :

 

 

GPO method: 1 Using gpedit.msc : in computer configuration : Start Layout C:\layout\start.xml is not Not working

 

 

method:2 ( this method works on windows 10 1703 but NOT on 1607 which is my case) not working

 

cmd /c start /min xcopy /s "c:\NathCorp\LayoutModification.xml" "%userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\shell" /y /r

 

 

 

cmd /c start /min reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store /f

 

 

Both cases I put the same xml code (startlayout)

 

LayoutModificationTemplate Version="1" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/Start/2014/LayoutModification">
