Help I cant long into my pc it keeps popping up this error message the instruction at 0x3c6f0ac1 referenced memory at 0x00000000. the memory could not be read i cant go

I cant enter the pc on safe mode or get into the bios every attempt that ive made to log in has been futile please help.
