How do I disable "Pen and Full Windows Touch Support" for 1 monitor in Windows 10, but not all monitors?

A user connected a Pen and Touchscreen to his Windows 10 desktop PC (monitor #3). At first, the touch was affecting one of his original monitors, instead of the touch monitor itself. I found the "Tablet PC Settings" Control Panel Applet and began

the setup. We quickly got Pen and Touch working on the correct monitor, but somehow in the process we also turned it on for the main screen, which does not support pen or touch. I don't see any way to disable it for a monitor, only to add it. How can we disable

Pen and Touch for a monitor that doesn't support it, but still leave it active for the monitor that does support it?

Thanks,

Colin
