I tried gparted and then repair the boot loader as in boyans.net and neosmart (mostly bcdedit), but it failed to boot. The machine used MBR. The system reserved partition was C: and Windows in d:\windows. I used bcdboot d:\Windows /s c: first and later device partition D: and os partition D:. Chris More...
