Hi and welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help.

Can you please explain a lot further, we have little to work with at the moment.

What exactly do you see and even hear happen from when you first push in the start button, if you can explain it part by part will be a help.

Also please tell us what the make, model, and type of computer it is as well.
