RandyL Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 I'm confused by what you say. This program is not free. Their is a trial version but it is limited. This is a $200 program. What do you think a free trial will do? It will be limited. Is your windows 7 pro legit? Is Windows updated? Have you checked the support options for the program? i really want this software it was working on windows 8 rtm (before the 90 day trial ran out) so why not on win7 You may have answered your own question here. Do you meet the specs? http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/EncoderPro_SysRequirements.aspx Download and install a fresh copy of the trial version maybe but keep in mind Microsoft will not let you do much with it.
