Windows 10 Mail Drafts Not Getting Latest Version from Server

Outlook on another PC shows latest version of a Draft message, in an IMAP account.

 

Webmail for same IMAP account also shows latest version.

 

But, Windows 10 Mail Drafts Not Getting Latest Version on Server.

 

I clicked 'sync' button in Mail, while viewing Drafts folder. Still did not get latest version.

 

How to fix?
