Explorer.exe launches in wrong HighDPI mode for multimonitor use - blurry text on secondary screen

 

Hi,

 

using Windows Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134 i have the following problem:

 

the Windows Explorer (c:\windows\explorer.exe) should usually be PerMonitor DPI aware.

 

However it is launched as only SystemAware, which results in blurry text when the window is moved from my HighDPI monitor (125% scaling) to the secondary monitor with only 100% scaling.

 

The strange thing is, that another explorer.exe process is launched in correct mode. However all self-launched windows are launched wrong.
