Why taskmrg dosen't see me as an administator?

I don't know why but task manager dosen't see me us an administrator,and i don't want the shortcut way and when I go to properties and advance i don't see the box where i can check to see as an administrator.The reason why i want task manager to see me as

an administrator it's because when i check the box with show processes from all users and i close and open again the box is unchecked.
