mercycle Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 I ran Spybot - search and destroy, it picked up a couple of things which it got rid of but one which was uniblue.driverscanner it found and it cam up with 'This action may not be performed completely since you are not an administrator. If you want this performed for all users, please run this application elevated as an administrator.' Then it comes up with 'Some problems couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory). This could be fixed after a restart may spybot-s&&d run on your next startup. When I looked to see what uniblue.drivescanner was in spybot it came up with :- (SBI $DE69382C) Settings HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UNIBLUE. Any ideas as to what I do about it. Thankyou Quote

KenB Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 If there was anything to be found MBAM would have located it. Start > click on Programs Is uniblue listed there ? If it is click on it > there should be an uninstall option. Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! KenB Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Hi Download Revo Uninstaller from here ( scroll down for the FREE version ) http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html Install it and it will list installed software. If uniblue is there click on it and select "Uninstall" from the toolbar. Select the Advanced Option when prompted.
