The issue can be reproduced under the following situations: Window 10 Build 1703 installed from scratch MS Account in cloud available MS Business or School Account in cloud available Sync settings is enabled for all users in Azure AD (EMS License available) Action taken Initial Setup with lokal user Joined to local domain "my-local-domain.local" Logged in with a domain user with local admin role Connecting MS Business or School Account - Result: Sync Settings greyed out even after hours and reboots afterwards or alternatively Adding MS Account - Result: Sync Settings greyed out I noticed on the pc installed from scratch I cannot setup PIN for login. That did work on a new installed from scratch pc after lokal login: joined to Azure AD domain - Result: Sync Settings is available at once after reboot and logon or Added User with MS Account - Result: Sync Settings is available at once after reboot and logon It did not work either with connected MS Business or School Account to al local user account.
