ExTS Admin BetaTime Posted October 17, 2018 ExTS Admin Posted October 17, 2018 Starting on 02 Oct I've become unable to connect to my office VPN using Sonicwall NetExtender. On this date, I started seeing Event 20027 (Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because NDISWAN could not be opened.) in Windows System events. Every time I try to connect to the VPN the NetExtender application disconnects with an error message the references the Windows Remote Access Service encountering an error. I have opened a ticket with Sonicwall to see if they can run down this issue on their end, but I feel like this is a Windows issue that I really don't know how to begin to troubleshoot.
