Hi and welcome to ExTS

Switch off at the wall first.

Try taking the CMOS battery ( looks like a bright coin ) out for 2 mins then put it back [ + on top ]

This will reset the BIOS to defaults.

Why do you need to access the BIOS ?

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!

sorted

Hi just to let you know iv sorted problem...not sure how. i went looking for battery but couldnt find it (i know it should be there) so i just checked all cables and plugged it in a different usb port again and i managed to get the bios up, anyway i think the problem is something to do with the low frequency either in the usb ports or keyboard (not sure which) but i ended up getting a new keyboard aswell cos mine packed up, new keyboard much better. Thanks for taking the time to help with my problem it was much appreciated.
