Hi,

Just found this so you may like to look

g4 Maintenance & Service Guide

I assume that you don't have recovery disks ?

To check that there is a recovery partition please do the following:

Start ....type in .......diskmgmt.msc .......ENTER

You will see the hard drive(s) and their partitions.

The main drive is usually labelled Disk 0 and the partitions labelled C: / D: ( or other letter )

If there is a partition that has no letter attached and is about 10GB this is the recovery partition.

If there is none - you don't have one.

Let me know which it is please.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
