ExTS Admin BetaTime Posted November 14, 2018 ExTS Admin Posted November 14, 2018 My fellow IT techs! After the last update - or so the user states - Some files from her desktop gone missing. The problem is, that she noticed it after 4 days of use. The weird thing is that i have used numerous data restore utilities, getdataback and such, but there is no trace that they even existed, not a partial file, not a delete log, nothing. I have the drive disconnected so it is not i use anymore. There are some files, from which there is no backup I have heard some data loss with windows 10 update, but thats windows 10.
