Hi, I have just installed new genuine HP ink in my HP printer model B109n and the black cartridge appears to be properly installed but refuses to work, also when I try to print anything from the a Net sit I get the message "and error has occured in the script on this page" This problem has only started occuring lately, I reinstalled the printer but that didn't help at all.

Hope you have some ideas.

Elisabeth

I'm guessing you are using IE9. Try using the 32 bit version of IE if you are using the 64 bit version.

Here are a few links to try.

You could also try uninstalling IE9 so that you can try printing in IE8.
