natalie Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Hi, I have got a belkin modem N150 and it came with a CD to install the setup process. When I put the CD into my laptop it installs but will not open the setup process. Do you know why this is? Any help would be great :) x Quote

natalie Posted November 25, 2012 Author Posted November 25, 2012 Yeah, i have all of the connection information, and I know how to set that up :), My laptop finds the belkin modem and i can connect to it with my password, the instructions tell me to do that first and then they say to install the disk and run the setup, but this is the bit that just wont seem to work x Quote

You dont have another Machine you can try the CD on to rule out Possible CD Drive fault or Malware on your machine???? If not i have another test we can do. Presumably not through the BELKIN wirelessly ? Start > type in .....devmgmt.msc .....Enter > click the + next to Network Adapters. What is listed ? Are there any yellow exclamation marks ? When you typed in 192.168.2.1 did you delete everything else in the address bar ?
