routem Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Just installed this card in my Dell Optiplex 745 SFF running XP Pro. It appears to be working as I have the monitor plugged into its VGA port. However I keep getting the driver dialogue box and, in Device Manager, the card has the yellow exclamation. I have, several times, inserted the Asus CD when requested but the drivers do not install either automatically or if I manually select the appropriate driver on the cd. Any ideas would be very gratefully appreciated Thanks Mike Quote
KenB Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Hi and welcome to ExTS Go back to Device Manager and right click on the card > Click on "Update Driver Software" When prompted select the automatic option. (you will need internet access) This should locate the most up-to-date drivers for the card.
