Printer can't removed.

Hello.

 

When I remove a printer then it appeared after refresh:

In above image when I remove "HP LaserJet Professional M1217nfw MFP" then it appear after refresh. I stopped and started "Printer Spooler" service too, but problem exist.

 

How can I solve it?
