I have a Dell Precision M6600 laptop, currently running Windows 10 Ver 1803 Build 17134.829. I've tried to install the May 2019 update, but it fails. It goes through the machinations to install the update, but during the restart it hangs up at 77%. On my last attempt I let it run overnight and was still at 77% the next morning.

 

Can anyone help me to fix this problem?
