Please help Quote
KenB Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 Hi and welcome to ExTS Aptio setup utility This is the BIOS setup that you are being taken to. This shouldn't normally happen unless ........ Take a look at the F2 and DEL keys (this is the normal method of accessing the BIOS) Are they stuck down ? Also try ... Tap F8 about once per second after switching on - keep tapping until you get to the Advanced Start-up Options Try "Last Known Good Configuration" I would take a look at the keys on the keyboard first. Have you made any alterations to the BIOS - overclocking for instance ? Also ......you could have dislodged the RAM or Hard Drive when you dropped it. Take the RAM out and make sure they are re-seated properly. Do the same with the Hard Drive.
