Please can someone help me with a very annoying problem?

Periodically, and for no particular reason that I can see, my email display suddenly comes up with all navigation (sorry, don't know what the proper name would be) blacked out.

If I close down all open emails, and then close down Windows Live, sometimes when I re-open the display it is back to normal, sometimes it takes longer.

Any idea, please, what causes it and what I can do either to stop it altogether or to cure it more quickly?

If I could see how to do it I could attach a Word document containing a screen dump, showing what it looks like.

Hi and welcome to ExTS

A Print-Screen would help.

Copy it into Paint and save as a .jpg extention ......easiest to save to desktop.

Click on ....Reply to Thread > Go Advanced > scroll down a bit ........Manage Attachments > Add Files

Navigate to your saved .jpg and upload it here.

Hope this helps and somebody here should be able to offer some further advice :)

Many thanks.

It is currently happening about every other day.

Next time it occurs I'll give it a try.

So far I've had no response whatsoever.

My apologies - I missed your reply in post #3

Thanks for the pic.

I see what you mean when you say it is "Blacked Out".

Try seedy21's suggestion .......... if you still have a problem post back.

I will try not to miss it :)

No Wizard came up!

I ran the File and nothing happened except I got asked if it had solved the problem. However, since nothing had happened, no, it hadn't solved the problem!!
