jayprime Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Please can someone help me with a very annoying problem? Periodically, and for no particular reason that I can see, my email display suddenly comes up with all navigation (sorry, don't know what the proper name would be) blacked out. If I close down all open emails, and then close down Windows Live, sometimes when I re-open the display it is back to normal, sometimes it takes longer. Any idea, please, what causes it and what I can do either to stop it altogether or to cure it more quickly? If I could see how to do it I could attach a Word document containing a screen dump, showing what it looks like. Quote
