District Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Hi there, Recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled Windows Vista. Since then, my graphics drivers have stopped working completely. My laptop has two model numbers (one says VGN-NS30E and another PCG-7164M), none of which correspond to any model on the Sony Vaio web support site. This is preventing me from playing Minecraft, Prison Architect & other Steam games. I have tried to manually download the Intel drivers (I believe I need the Intel Mobile Chipset) but they say my computer does not meet requirements. Really need any help and advice you all can give. Thanks in advance, Quote

If so - can you click on Start > type in ...diskmgmt.msc .....ENTER Click the + next to Display Adapters What is listed ? Are there any yellow exclamation marks ? If the device is showing > right click > update drivers Do this automatically - you will need an internet connection.
