KenB Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Hi Debbie Click Start > type in .....webcam .....ENTER You should see an image. ( upside down ? ) There should be a cog ( gear ) looking icon > click on this. At the top are two tabs ............one of these should be "Camera Control" Click on the "Default" button. Is this any help ? Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! MiniToolBoxNetwork TestWireless Test

I can only find 3 Notebooks in the K60 series .... K60IJ K60IL K60IN I suspect it may be a K60IJ the last 2 letters could look like a "U" ....... is this possible ? Drivers are here: click here It may be that an update has installed the wrong drivers. Armageddon Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 On the web page KenB has supplied there's 5 webcam drivers yours will be third or fourth , follow the instructions on the website to find the PID code for the camera , then firstly remove the old driver via device manager , then download and install the corresponding driver for the cameras PID code , I had the same problem with my own ASUS netbook.
