Hi Everyone!

i've posted this on another site but haven't had much success, so I thought I'd try here.

I keep getting this warning pop up when I'm online:

"SecurityError: Error #2000: No active security context."

with the options to either "Dismiss All" or "Continue".

Anyone got any idea what this is about, or what I can do about it? I've tried to google it, but a lot of the answers seem to refer to people programming and such like, so I don't really understand the replies.

If it helps, I seem to get it alot on the Amazon website, and sites that seem to have animation on them.

Would an uninstall/reinstall help?

Thanks, TT

Hi Timmy T and welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help.

Does this warning come up associated to Adobe? Flash player or other?

Have you run any security scans?

If not please download Malwarebytes free version from here=

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Click on the free button, it may take you to a mirror download site so once again make sure you click the free version.

Once downloaded, install it, making sure any unwanted tool bars are not ticked, and then open it.

Make sure you then update it first and then run a scan.

Once the scan has finished it will produce a log in notepad, please copy that log and paste it here.

If anything looks wrong I will ask one of our security experts to have a look for you.

Nev.

Thanks Nev,

It comes up in a box headed "Adobe Flash Player 10"

I'm just running quick malware scan. Hope that's ok, the blah said that the quick scan is sufficient in most cases?
