Virus gone but still having problems!

Hi Leah, Please attach it to your reply. If you click Reply at the bottom of this post in the gray bar, click Go Advanced button under the text box you type your reply in. You will then see more options. Under the additional options section below that you'll see Attachments and a Manage Attachments button. Click Add Files and navigate to OTL.txt and extras.txt. You'll see them in the top right of the window that pops up. Then, click and drag each of those to the Attachments section at the bottom of that window. Then, click done. You should see both files appear under the attachments section, then you can type your reply and click Submit Reply.

For some reason the Go Advanced button isn't showing up on my laptop, however I can see it when I view this page on my mobile! Odd!
