constantly having to recover my pc

Hi all new here looking for help with some problems.

 

I have a Medion Akoya E2078

I am running Windows 7

I am having problems installing important windows updates.

I am having issues updating adobe reader to 10.1.5

My java is out of date and pc wont allow me to sort it

 

this is a brand new tower fresh out the box on christmas day!

 

Been to a few forums got help looked like the issues were resolved around every 3 week or so back to recovering the pc to manufacturer settings. so I try here for some help maybe finally get to the root of the problem. oh and to add the pc is also incredibly slow, but runs the best ever when in safe mode which i am using well its the only setting that really does work! kinda at my wits end not short of tossing it from the window to be honest!
