Hello,

While I was playing Counter-Strike on my laptop I pushed some keys and my screen is now resided in a window surrounded by a black background. I Have a 1600x900 screen resolution, what I can see when I try to login on Windows without using the safe mode is a black background with a small window at the center; inside the window it the top-left corner of my screen. Hitting altgr + f11 make the small window take all my screen but with a low resolution (it's the same part of the left corner that's showing). I can do a right click when I'm on the small window but it can't reach the display property.

Before my problem appeared my screen was upside down (I managed to see how to put it back). i tried ctrl + - / + to unzoom but it's not working.

My graphic card driver is up to date. I'm using the safe mode to browse the internet and seeking for answers, I would really appreciate any help! Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi and welcome to ExTS

Boot up in Safe Mode again.

Click on Start > type in .......system restore ...... ENTER

Follow the prompts and select a date just before the start of your problem.

This will restore the system settings to what they were on that date.

You will not lose any files / data / photos etc.

Installed software / updates etc after the date will need to be re-installed again.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
