pakard bell imedia s3210 loop

Hi,

so a couple of month's ago i switched from my old compaq windows 7 machine to a newer packard bell windows 7 machine i installed a fresh copy of windows 7 profesional with all the drivers on the machine i had no problems with it until now i was doing some revision and after that i went of of it a hour or so later i went to boot up the machine to watch some youtube but when it booted up it first of all beeped (wich always happens) then shows the pakard bell bios logo it went through the usuall text that appears before i shows the windows logo but insted of the windows logo it beeped again and went back to the pb logo an loop's

 

 

this is my main machine for work and entertainment and it is vital to be working

Hi, this can happen if there is a disk in the CD/DVD drive, the BIOS tries to boot of it if there is.

Secondly, if not a disk in the drive, straight after the beep tap F8 several times until it hopefully opens to the advanced boot window, select safe mode and click enter if it does, will it then boot into safe mode?
