aemi Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 Hi, I have a sony vaio laptop YB2M1E (11'6) approx. one and a half year. About a month ago the display began to shut itself off when playing videos in the TV archive of a Czech channel and it happened to me when playing videos on youtube too. The display suddenly turns off and a blue screen appears and then the computer restarts itself. it is saying: - STOP: 0x00000116 (0x878CB008, 0x94F0B15E, 0x00000000, 0x00000002) I've tried everything possible in Vaio Care program (maintenance, etc.), but I do not know what to do to get rid of it .. thanks for any advice. KenB Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 I found: AMD Radeon™ HD 6320 Graphics for my laptop type ?? I looked at all 3 and they all recorded 6310. Try going back to device manager > click on Display Adapters > right click on the device > uninstall Restart the computer Windows should find "New Hardware" and re-install the drivers again.
