When I am on Windows Photo Gallery and I go to send pictures I get the message Windows Live Mail could not be started because msmail.dll could not be loaded. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would Re-install Windows Live Mail

If not you could attempted a System Restore from when it was working.
