deanes Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 (edited) Hi, I am new to Free Pc Help. Yesterday I was browsing and my laptop shut down then restarted itself after updating. It normally updates prior to switching off. Since this has happened I am no longer able to access some websites for example my Hotmail account or betting account. Click Start > type in ....system restore ...then follow the screen prompts. Yours files / photos etc will be fine.
