The arrow on my lap Top which you use to navigate has stuck and will not move? How do i resole this problem

Are you talking about one of the arrow keys or the screen curser ?

 

If it is the screen curser ............ take a look at the function keys at the top ....

If one of them has a blue hand on ( on mine it is F7 ) then hold the Fn key down and press the "F" key

You may have disabled the key pad.
