westmore34 Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Hello, The trouble I've been having is my laptop keyboard goes weird. I'll be typing away and the cursor just decides to jump to a different position by itself completely messing up my sentences. Sometimes the cursor will freeze completely then I use ctrl/alt/del, that starts it blinking again so I cancel task manager. Anyone know how I can sort this out? Thanks, Michael Quote

This cursor problem could be a faulty mouse pad, has any liquid been spilt on it or in the general area of the pad? To check that out, first you will need an external USB mouse in order to continue control of the computer, then go into mouse properties from control panel and disable the mouse pad.
