I have had Zone Alarm on my PC for ages and never had any problems with updates ...until now....I have posted pictures to explain better what is happening. A message comes up saying this http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e244/xxcell/PICT1302_zps8677529c.jpg...I press "update now" and this comes up http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e244/xxcell/PICT1303_zps57b92432.jpg...I press "Fix connection problems" and this comes up http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e244/xxcell/PICT1305_zps6115c58f.jpg...I press "next" and this comes up http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e244/xxcell/PICT1306_zps4763e1f6.jpg...can anyone please tell me what is going on as I have never had this happen before and everything is the same apart from updating to IE 10....Is there a problem with the Zone Alarm site?......please keep it simple if poss as I'm no expert. Hi, Please would you be kind enough to delete this thread...I had problems with Zone Alarm updating but as soon as I posted this thread it worked and updates have been achieved...sods law eh :)Thanks

Hi H20, we won't delete, but just mark it as solved, someone else may have this problem, which I suspect may just have been the Zone Alarm servers being too busy to respond, or even off line for some reason, it happens sometimes.
