new to networking, just need some info!

I am currently studying my ccent books to gain my networking qualifications. (which i am doing at home with going to Uni and paying fees)

 

if i pass the ccent or ccna exams, i have no networking experience. Does anybody know if there is a website that lists volunteer positions to help me gain the experience i require?

What did come to mind ..... if you are offering to volunteer your services for free ....??

Your local secondary school would have a network of possibly 300 stations - and a couple of ICT technicians.

If you wrote to the school they may let you volunteer your services in exchange for some experience.

You would have to be very specific about payment - I know for a fact that they would run a mile if that was mentioned :)
