Armageddon Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Hi and welcome to ExTS the stop code you provided in the screen shot points to a hard drive fault with the NFTS partition table , firstly I'd try the pc in safe mode see if you get the same BSOD , Also I'd run chkdsk from either normal or safe mode to check your drive for errors. Plastic Nev Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Hi, considering the Computer is only a month old it will still be covered under warranty, if it is definitely a hard drive error as that fault code does as Armageddon said, suggest a hard drive fault, being hardware and not software it will be covered by the warranty. By all means follow any suggestions and advice from Armageddon to be sure, but do be aware if the checks do show a definite hard drive fault, it is best to take or send it back. That is what the warranty is for. Nev. Quote Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help. Register here. If Free PC Help has helped you then please consider a donation. Well lets hope this actually did something to put it right and as Nev says its a month old so covered by warranty if it plays up again I'd consider taking it back Quote Google is your friend We are all members helping other members. wrymn Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 Hi, I bought this PC few months ago. First it were BSODs than they stopped, now my PC freezes several times a week. I`m not even playing games when it happens. I am just browsing internet or watching movie, than everything freezes I can`t even move mouse, not hearing any sounds, I press restart button and it restarts after 3-5 seconds. I cant provide any crash log since none happend. Here are my PC specs: I have my graphic driver up to date with direct X installed. KenB Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 Hi wrymn I don't think that this is going to be an easy fix. As your machine is only a few months old you really should contact the seller and explain that you have a problem. You can also inform them that you have been here for assistance and have been advised to return the machine for repair / replacement. I would advise that you take off the hard drive anything that you cannot afford to lose ( photos etc ) as it could be the HDD that is at fault. If these companies need to replace it they will not be too bothered about what is on your original drive. Also - If you store any sensitive information on the hard drive I would make sure that you remove it before returning the machine.
