hi, it has been a very fraught few days & I can't remember if I have sent you this. anyway I have checked your forums & found a solution to the following > Trojan:Win32/Reveton.R!Ink which was a scam about fraud??? it had really messed up my laptop BUT found an old (20-10-10) post entitled 'before posting for malware - removal help'. so I bit the bullet & went through the advice processes x 2 & things are much improved. one report from OTL listed 12 "Error: Unable to interpret " which I guess remain embedded problems. I have tried to post a reply on the said malware post but I am being prevented. is there some additional registration things I need to be cleared for before I can access such issues. I would then like to post the 3 report the x 2 programmes produced. many thanks, lloydie

Hi Lloydie, you can't post on that thread as it is closed, please start a new thread in the malware section with all the logs plus the OTL extra's and one of our experts will guide you from there.

No these are not embedded problems.

You will get this if you were meant to run a scan with the added custom scans but inadvertently clicked the fix button.

Also happens vice versa when running a fix and inadvertently clicked the scan button.
