Graphics problem

Morning Chaps and Chapettes here's the problem I have one of these Click Here and as you see it's tiny the problem was when it came to me was wavy lines and boot loop , when the wavy lines are there it wont boot it just gets stuck and restarts now to sort this the first time round I dismantled the pc totally removed the cmos battery cleaned the contacts on the back of the mobo re assembled and booted and hey presto it worked so I fully reimaged fully updated then turned it off then I restarted it this morning to install office for the person who's pc this is and you guessed it more wavy lines so I turned it off as you see due to it's size I can't add a graphics card , do you think I should cannibalise it for parts and rebuild or try sorting it again ?
