al shookup Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 This may not be the right section but here goes...My home page is BT.YAHOO.COM and when I try to sign in to BT/Yahoo services such as emails etc. I keep getting the window asking me to sign in with email and password. I have ticked the box that says "keep me signed in" but it doesn't work. There is a method of getting your pc to accept a sign in for a couple of weeks before asking you again. Does anyone know how I can fix this please? Quote

al shookup Posted June 25, 2013 Author Posted June 25, 2013 keep having to sign in Thanks for reply, my PC is not set to delete cookies on exit and I have looked at the site you recommend but when I click on tools as suggested, it does not show an choice to select browser options on the drop down list. Select Browser Options from the Tools menu at the top of the Browser window. Have you signed in first before you click on Tools ?
