im new, and inhareted a comp from my daughter- big problems

my daughter thinks she is so smart- but messes EVERYTHINHG UP-SERIOUSLY! firstly- she UNI-installed internet explorer, thinking it would make it better,,well the word was UNINSTALL. it just goes down hill-or uphill, whoever is doing the climbing/:p since im climbing-it is an uphill battle for me!:rolleyes: I have gotten rid of Babylon, snap.do.pc speed and today was pc performer!-oh darn- I forgot to reboot!:( I hope I don't have to start all over again!:eek: :confused: wish me luck!

I have gotten rid of Babylon, snap.do.pc speed and today was pc performer!

With this adware, i'd be very surprised if there wasn't more to remove.

To make it easier on yourself, i'd run the following program.

It'll not only remove that rubbish, it'll try to reset any settings that was altered.

 

It's one of my 'Canned Speeches'. so no need to reply with the report. ( unless you want to )

 

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

• Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  
• Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  
• Click on the Delete button.
  
• A logfile will automatically open after the scan has finished.
  
• Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  
• You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[s1].txt as well.
