Hi Bella,

Do you have a cd with the printer drivers on ?

If so - we can delete the present drivers and re-install them again.

It could be that the drivers are corrupt.

It might not be that complicated?

Perhaps the image you are trying to print is too big for a page of A4, and therefore print preview only shows one half.... Page 1....

Try saving the image to your desktop, right click on it and click print from here.

This should open Windows' print wizard, which should scale it to fit on one page.

Worth a shot before reinstalling drivers?

How do i save image to desktop?

Hi Bella,

Are you trying to print a picture, or an entire webpage?

If you just want to print the picture, right click on the picture, and click "Save picture as" (Or something similar)

It should ask where you want to save it, try save it to your dekstop (Or my documents, or my Pictures, just remember where you save it)

Minimise your Browser (Internet explorer, chrome, firefox, or whatever you are using) and find the picture you have just save (On the Desktop, in My Documents or My Pictures)

Right click on the picture you saved, and click print.

So - you can print photos for example that are on your machine but not anything from the web ?

Which browser are you using ? Internet Explorer ?

Do you have a different browser to try ? ( FireFox for instance ? )

If not - download F-F from here and try that.

If this works then it is a setting in IE.

If this doesn't work too we will re-install the printer drivers.
