Bella11 Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Hello there. Im having trouble with printing a page, When i press print, the page comes on to review the page to print, it shows only half a picture to print. How can i change this to a full picture to print? My web page is Google Cromb. My printer is HP ALL IN ONE C3010 Quote
KenB Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Hi Bella, Do you have a cd with the printer drivers on ? If so - we can delete the present drivers and re-install them again. It could be that the drivers are corrupt. Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! MiniToolBoxNetwork TestWireless Test
BreatGritain Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 It might not be that complicated? Perhaps the image you are trying to print is too big for a page of A4, and therefore print preview only shows one half.... Page 1.... Try saving the image to your desktop, right click on it and click print from here. This should open Windows' print wizard, which should scale it to fit on one page. Worth a shot before reinstalling drivers? Quote

BreatGritain Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 How do i save image to desktop? Hi Bella, Are you trying to print a picture, or an entire webpage? If you just want to print the picture, right click on the picture, and click "Save picture as" (Or something similar) It should ask where you want to save it, try save it to your dekstop (Or my documents, or my Pictures, just remember where you save it) Minimise your Browser (Internet explorer, chrome, firefox, or whatever you are using) and find the picture you have just save (On the Desktop, in My Documents or My Pictures) Right click on the picture you saved, and click print. KenB Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 So - you can print photos for example that are on your machine but not anything from the web ? Which browser are you using ? Internet Explorer ? Do you have a different browser to try ? ( FireFox for instance ? ) If not - download F-F from here and try that. click here If this works then it is a setting in IE. If this doesn't work too we will re-install the printer drivers. Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
