tismehi Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 my wife has an advent monza c1 laptop - amd dual core c-50 (radeon hd 6250), 4gb ram, 320 gb sata hdd running win 7 home premium. the machine is basic enough but is fine for what is required. it is about 2 years old and running fine with one little exception. every so often when the lid is opened prior to using, the mouse trackpad is totally unresponsive. the machine must be turned off and restarted, then all is well again. the trackpad will remain responsive as long as the lid is open and the machine is in use but after the lid is closed, it stops working again.
