I have an acer laptop which at the windows 7 operating system installed, however I think this system was to powerful for my laptop as it was running extremely slow with hardly anything on it.

 

i ran kill disk to remove windows 7 then when i tried to install windows xp pro sp 2 it ran right up until it was about to enter setup then i keep getting this screen can any one help????[ATTACH=CONFIG]1062.vB5-legacyid=1996[/ATTACH]

Thank you for the link i will check that out i am not sure if windows 7 was the original OS im thinking not as the lap top isnt all that new and it is a laptop the link sounds like its for a desktop pc

That maybe inaccessable boot device but I cannot read the whole screen,darn eyesight.
