Onto my PC via email I have received some of our holiday photos from my wifes digital camera.

Method used was her camera card inserted into her Netbook and then emailed to me as attachment.

I opened the attachments which had six seperate JPG files each containg a holiday photo we took.

I viwed the photos by clicking on them individualy and the expected pictures automatically appeared via Windows picture and fax viewer media.

Problem is when I click on the little blue arrows on bottom left of each image, instead of going to next image I'm getting random images/parts of images from web pages I have previously visited which are nothing to do with the 'next photo image' I expect when I click next image.

Any advice to prevent or even explain this please?

Thanks

Ray

Hi Ray,

I don't think there is a problem with the picture and fax viewer itself.

Are the pictures still in the e mail attachment?

If they are it may just be a small issue with the file path to the attachment. The best thing would be to transfer the images to a folder on your computer in My Pictures or similar, the viewer should then be able to find them correctly.

Thanks for this Nev

The pictures were still in the attachment but I viewed and deleted so can't try out putting them in a folder as you suggest this time but will keep in mind.

Thanks again and I think we can call this one solved!
