oggi53 Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Hi. I have a MSI Wind Top 1920AE computer, which is a all in one pc. my problem is I cannot restore my computer to the factory default. I did the recovery DVDs when I got the pc. My pc crashed and when I tried to use the first recovery disc, it won't work because it had come corrupted. The hot key F3 didn't work. Please help! Quote
KenB Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Hi and welcome to ExTS If this is a Win 7 system you can produce an ISO version of the OS. click here You must make sure that the version that you select is exactly the same as the one on your system at the moment.
