help with printing

hi I am a beginner to computers, so forgive me for a simple problem, I have to print out a sheet for work each week I usually take the option download and then connect the printer and it prints out but suddenly it brings up a box asking where to save it but if I press save it does nothing it let me print out until recently now cant get past that save as option which when I press save does nothing, mnay thanks all I need a computer course obviously,

When you don't know the answer - no problem is simple :)

 

It sounds as if you have a problem downloading from the internet and not necessarily a "printer problem" as such.

 

now cant get past that save as option which when I press save does nothing

1. Which internet browser are you using ? Internet Explorer or something else ?

 

2. I assume that the document you are trying to save is not public ? ....if it is can you provide a link ?

 

3. Is it only this specific document that you cannot download - or is it everything from the internet ?

 

4. Do you have Go!Zilla on your system ? If so - uninstall it and try downloading again.
