Welocme to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help oakvalleygirl. After you post the links as Seth suggested we can better assist you, but off the top of my head, most phones, unless you go through the service provider's site and have the ring tone sent to your phone, you will need to connect your phone to your computer via a usb cable that you will need to purchase from your cell phone's manufacturer. Most cell phone service providers, such as Sprint/Nextel offer phone accessories for purchase that will allow you to connect your phone to your computer. If you provide us with links we can help you determine the best way to get your ring tone to your phone.

Use the USB connector to connect your phone to the computer. When you double click "My Computer" you should see the phone with a "drive" letter associated to it.

Once you have downloaded the ringtone, right click on it and choose "Copy to a device or drive" and choose the phone.

If that doesn't help, we need the model number of the phone to assist you further.
