mcd840 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 i am attempting to re-install this laptop back to a factory state for a friend, xp is stored on a partition of the hard drive rather than on a seperate disk (which is ALOT easier! but anyway). what i need to know is how to do this as i dont know how to get into the re-store feature, can someone give me step by step instructions please ? thanks Quote

This should take you to the restore partition.
